Photography has been an interest of mine for quite some time now. I have used everything from a large format 4×5 view camera to my latest and greatest Canon EOS Digital SLR. Photography for me is an expression of the wonderful creation, from the largest mountains to the smallest petal of a blooming flower. More recently I have begun the trek of mastering black and white. I think there is something fascinating in a beautiful black and white print. Of the books and articles I have read I believe Ansel Adams is the photographer I most admire. To me the hunt is half the fun. Climbing the mountain or sitting peacefully on a meadow until that perfect moment. Being silent and taking in the wonders of this place. Then at that perfect moment the sound of the shutter makes all the work seem worth while. Hope you like the site and maybe it will give you some of the same joy it has given me.
